« First the nose is a bit discreet, and then it reveals a generosity and a surprising   luscious finish.  Whatever its origin, you can’t assess a wine until it has become a finished product.

By definition a summer meal is indeed synonymous of variable geometry with all due respect to Euclides.  You can therefore try to match this cuvee with all sorts of gastronomic specialties.

« Mediterranean nose, this is a reliable classic wine. It expresses terroir (liquorice stick, a hint of bay leaf). After ageing, it shows pepper and tobacco. It is perfectely well-made and one will enjoy its nice soft tannins, coming up after a series of aromas. This is an attractive wine with lacy elegance. »

« Above all, no misunderstanding with the name. One could imagine autumn like a season with a touch of nostalgia. This bracing wine has nothing to do with a « Veillée » (evening gathering) Aromas are dynamic: black currant, cherry, mocha and peppery notes give the wine its complexity. »
